“Minimum Monument“ by brazilian artist Néle Azevedo promotes the celebration of the common man. There are many sculptures of melting ice placed in public spaces where they attract the attention of passersby.
“Minimum Monument” was presented as part of the Festival of Queen’s in Belfast, northern Ireland.
